Intentions:

Comment? is an artist initiative, which strives to provide a meeting forum in an informal environment. Formerly set up by Karen Mirza and Anne Leigniel to welcome overseas artists to meet up with London artists, Comment? is a platform for artists in any medium and from any geographical or cultural background to have an exchange about what matters to them at that time.

Comment? brings together artists by invitation to exchange ideas, discuss each others' art, aims and vision in a positive critical way. Seen as a window to the world outside the studio, Comment? is an opportunity to meet other artists, to share information and create collaborations.

Comment? is also a way to further develop relationships in the art world, across mediums and location. It is about extending networks, and also getting a sense of the contemporary Art scene, not only through what one sees in galleries but through the artists themselves.
